In this new, unprecedented world of WFH (work from home) and virtual communications, we can feel inundated with work and can struggle to prioritise and manage the time we have in our day. Juggling the demands of work, home and family against a backdrop of uncertainty in a pandemic makes it doubly challenging.
This session is designed to help people think differently about ‘time management’ and explore a number of tools and techniques so as to achieve business objectives and work tasks whilst still having a life.
By the end of the programme, participants will:
- Look at ‘time management’ differently so as to make the most of the time available to you (whatever your personal circumstances)
- Understand what drives us to ‘busyness’ and the difference between spending time on the work and spending time on the work to do the work
- How to set different types of goals and targets to be more effective and achieve more
- Know your own ‘body clock’ and how to use your strengths and preferences to best effect
- Create a toolkit for better personal time management wherever and however you may be working
