Life will always present us with difficulties, uncertainties and problems – this has been magnified during Covid 19 when everyone has been people beyond what we would assume to be ‘normal’. This programme provides a deeper level of understanding into building resilience and what each of us can do, at a very practical level, to become more resilient in work and in life.
By the end of the programme, participants will:
- Understand what ‘resilience’ means and what contributes to it
- Why positivity and resilience has such an impact on our levels of happiness and our well being
- Identify what you can do to embrace uncertainty and change – shifting our mindset and perceptions – even when the future is uncertain
- Develop a set of ‘action ready strategies’ to build resilience into your daily routine – both personal and work related habits
- Explore your self awareness and positivity – trying out a range of proven methods to help build personal resilience
