  • Planning and organising projects – objectives, priorities, PID, monitoring, control, risk, resources, costs, schedules
  • Project roles, responsibilities and reporting lines
  • Brief overview of project management tools and techniques – for example Critical Path Analysis, Force Field Analysis, Gantt Charting, Solution Effect Analysis, Risk Assessment and Management etc
