WHAT WE DO

Masterclass management programmes are a natural extension of your organisation.  Working with your vision, values and competencies our programmes go from first time leaders to Boards of Directors.  Typically run over 6 – 8 months we develop bespoke programmes that combine self assessment, 360 feedback and different psychometrics with tailored workshops, action learning sets and coaching. 

These have been adapted to virtual and hybrid delivery with teams working around the globe.  

From the outset, we agree metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) against which you can measure the impact and return on investment.  This means that you can ensure that the training pays for itself many times over. 

As well as providing facilitators and coaches (and more recently all aspects of the virtual platform) we can also develop your inhouse facilitators and, if desired, provide a full handover and ‘train the trainer’ service as well. 

INDICATIVE CONTENT

Each management development programme is unique but below is an indication of the topics that are frequently included:  

  • Knowing me; Knowing you or “So you think you want to be a manager…?” – what it takes to be an effective manager and leader (self assessment to include one or more psychometric or personality/trait questionnaires e.g. DiSC, Eqi, MBTI, SDI, etc.) 
  • The Role of a Manager Today – how to balance achieving tasks and delivering results, developing your team members and building a powerful and effective team
  • The Role of the Manager in Driving Performance: Be clear on the standard and communicate it; Measure people against the standard and communicate how they’re doing; Coach, train and mentor to achieve results and high levels of motivation; Reward those who meet or exceed the standard; Manage those who fail to meet the standard
  • The Manager as Coach and Mentor: what managers can do to fast track the competencies and motivation of their teams and create a coaching and mentoring culture 
  • Building Powerful Teams – using the work and research of experts such as Tuckman, Lencioni, Heifetz, Kouzes, Posner) we explore the impact managers have in creating and building powerful teams 
  • Leading Change – how to lead and implement new ways of working (using techniques such as Prosci™ ADKAR, Kubler-Ross, Kotter, Diane Dormant and others)
