This session will provide an insight into the power and impact that EI has on our self awareness, empathy, ability to manage stress, persistence, impulse control and how we connect with and relate to others. Research has shown that it is our levels of EI (Emotional Intelligence) or EQ (Emotional Quotient) – rather than IQ or traditional ‘intelligence’ – that is the key to success in work, in life and in our relationships.
Emotional intelligence is not fixed at birth – it can be developed and strengthened helping us to improve productivity, increase performance levels, boost credibility and help build a culture of diversity and inclusion.
